Aptys partners have announced that Brian Geisel, investor and respected technology business leader, has been appointed Aptys’ new president and chief executive officer (CEO), and financial executive Chad Terry has been named chief financial officer (CFO).
Geisel, an ambitious strategic executive and payments pioneer, has been an entrepreneur and industry leader in the global payments space with more than two decades of experience running high-growth companies and establishing market leadership.
He has held various executive level positions with large public organizations in the financial services industry, including general manager, senior executive, executive vice president, and company officer, as well as founder, CEO & chairman of the board of Alogent Corporation.
Terry is a 20-year finance executive with a proven track record as CFO with strong financial management and executive leadership. In his experience, he has provided financial discipline, stability, and strength to publicly traded corporations and startup operations in a vast range of business environments, including fast-growth and acquisition integrations.
