NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Multi Packaging Solutions (“MPS”), a global leader in value-added print and packaging solutions for the healthcare, branded consumer, and multi-media markets, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire (subject to customary conditions) the Presentation Products Group, a highly regarded supplier of specialty rigid packaging and gifting products.
With manufacturing operations in Scotland and sourcing expertise in Asia, Presentation Products Group broadens the MPS global infrastructure for rigid packaging. The business also offers fulfillment services, creating a compelling offering for luxury packaging, gift sets, travel retail, and commemorative editions.
