FREDERICKSBURG, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, part of the HSF Affiliates LLC family of real estate brokerage franchise networks, today announced that Realty World Select will be the first brokerage outside of the Prudential Real Estate network to affiliate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The company will operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Select Realty starting in February 2015.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices launched in September 2013 and now counts nearly 34,000 agents and 1,038 offices operating in 47 states. To date, all of its members are former franchisees of Prudential Real Estate.
Select Realty, founded in 2007, is known for best-in-class customer service and significant repeat and referral client bases in Northern Virginia. Lesher described the affiliation as a springboard for the brokerage’s continued growth. “We believe real estate professionals will want to represent Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and take their business to new heights,” he explained. “Our goal is to grow our agent roster by at least 30% over the next year.”

Resources include powerful lead generation, a handy mobile app and other tools powered by the most accurate real estate data available.
