Albelo joins PeopleFluent following a strong third quarter for the company that included 71 percent annual recurring revenue bookings growth over the previous quarter, 400 new customer wins and increased momentum around the company’s Mirror Suite and Recruiting, Performance and Compensation solutions.
As senior vice president of sales, Albelo is responsible for managing the company’s North American sales teams, including the more than 60 new hires in sales, account management and sales support the company has on-boarded in the last 10 months. Albelo will also bring his expertise in growing international markets to PeopleFluent, as the company looks to expand its presence in Latin America and EMEA, following a quarter in which the company grew its international bookings by more than 200 percent.

Albelo brings 20 years of sales experience in the human capital management space to PeopleFluent, having held previous roles at PeopleSoft, Oracle, SuccessFactors, SunGard and, most recently serving as Area Vice President of North American Human Capital Management (HCM) Sales at SAP AG, where he held a nine figure sales quota and led a 200-person team, having been promoted following two consecutive years of over 200 percent growth as AVP and GM of SAP’s Latin American HCM business. His technical expertise in HCM systems, extensive background in sales and marketing for both products and services and language proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese, will be well utilized and help play a pivotal role in PeopleFluent’s sales strategies across the company’s multiple award-winning product lines.
