Baker will be responsible for the company's technology strategy, engineering and product development.

Rich comes to PaR with an extremely well suited background, having been CTO at MTS Systems and also having experience leading business teams as well as technology teams during his career with several high technology organizations. Rich earned his BSME at University of Vermont and his MS and PhD from Cornell University. The Chief Technology Officer reports to the CEO and is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the PaR’s technology development. The CTO is the company’s top technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth to meet the needs of our company.
