HONG KONG--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AsiaInspection, a leading global quality control service provider, today announced the appointment of Jean-Charles Tisserand as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Sébastien Breteau.
This appointment reinforces AsiaInspection’s growth strategy, with the development of new capabilities, services and geographies, organically and through corporate acquisitions.

With a career spanning over 15 years in international financial services, Jean-Charles has a strong track record in mergers and acquisitions, financing and financial reporting. Prior to joining AsiaInspection, he worked in Paris and London with private equity firm Doughty Hanson and in investment banking with Merrill Lynch. He graduated from HEC Business School with a Masters in Finance.
Jean-Charles will be heading AsiaInspection’s global strategic acquisition and expansion plan with a focus on acquiring laboratories in China as well as inspection and audit businesses around the world. “With its strong IT platform and high level of service, AsiaInspection is well positioned to be a consolidator in the still fragmented quality control industry,” said Jean-Charles.
