NORWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bluestone Energy Services, LLC, a leader in energy conservation engineering and project development services for a variety of sectors including industrial and retail, announced today the addition of Rustin McIntosh to the position of Senior Energy Engineer, where he will oversee a range of energy conservation projects.
In his new role, Mr. McIntosh brings to Bluestone more than twenty five years of experience in energy conservation and engineering. Specifically, he brings a strong background in the design and retrofitting of complex HVAC systems, as well as energy simulation, and energy trend analysis. Mr. McIntosh received a Bachelor of Science Degree in mechanical engineering from UMass Amherst and a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer as well as a Certified Energy Manager.
Prior to joining Bluestone, Mr. McIntosh was a Senior Energy Engineer and Project Developer with Westborough, Mass-based NORESCO, an energy services company. Earlier in his career, he worked in Senior Management positions for Sebesta Blomberg & Associates, Energy New England, and NSTAR.
