DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cascade Integrated Services, a fluid management, drilling, oilfield and wellsite support and production services company, is announcing three news events today including the introduction of high-volume water transfer service in North Dakota. The company has also announced it has opened a new operational facility in Longmont, Colo., and has promoted Bill Banham to CFO.
Cascade’s new water transfer service will use state-of-the-art pumping technology and lay-flat equipment along with multiple water distribution and control systems. The process is environmentally safe and offers a cost-effective alternative to transferring water over roadways.
“The benefit of offering water transfer services is that the process is a highly efficient and reliable means to deliver fresh water,” said Robert Pelham, CEO of Cascade Integrated Services. “We are launching this service in North Dakota but we will soon expand into Colorado and Oklahoma.”
The new operational facility in Longmont – a Yard and Water Depot – will extend the company’s reach along the Front Range and into eastern Colorado. Cascade will now have access to more than 300 acre-feet of fresh water tapping into the D-J Niobrara Basin.
In his new CFO role, Banham will directly oversee all financial aspects of the company, including accounting practices, budget preparation and performance, financial planning and reporting, as well as information technology, procurement, contracts and risk management functions. He joined the company in 2012 as vice president of business and finance.
