The office will serve primarily to house a new research and development team focused on delivering the next generation of PerfectServe’s platform for improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
This renewed emphasis on research and development is part of the company’s larger strategy to address major challenges and trends in the healthcare industry that impact PerfectServe customers (including fragmentation, HIPAA compliance and adaptation to new communication delivery models). PerfectServe’s research and development team in Atlanta will work toward identifying solutions that further allow its users to approach secure clinical communication as comprehensively as possible.
