CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) has launched a new educational program for health care executives working on population management. Taking place September 29 to October 1 at the Dolce Palisades Executive Conference Center in Palisades, New York, the IHI Population Management Executive Development Program will help leaders better navigate the knowledge and the steps necessary to making an effective transition from fee-for-service to value-based health care delivery. Participants will hear from clinical faculty and learn from their peers about the best practices for redesigning care delivery, ways to integrate data systems, methods for leveraging financial models, and strategies for gaining buy-in from key figures within their organizations.
