Drawing upon 20+ years’ experience in executive search, Laurence partners with global clients in the FMCG, Hotel, Restaurants, Fast Food and Travel sectors to identify, track and recruit senior leadership with a focus on UK and European appointments. She has worked with multinationals, PE backed and also owner driven businesses and has a strong track record in attracting both executive and non-executive talent for businesses seeking radical step change and cultural diversity. She also brings significant, cross sector experience across the Chief Marketing Officer function.
Having started her Executive Search career with Whitehead Mann, she joined Odgers Berndtson in 2003 to set up their European Consumer and Leisure practice; she subsequently moved to a boutique search firm and launched their CMO practice three years ago before joining CTPartners in 2014. Born and educated in Belgium, France and the UK, Laurence has a degree in Translation and Simultaneous Interpretation and is a Law graduate.
