KINSTON, N.C.--()--the little bank (OTCBB: LTLB) announces new branch site purchase in Goldsboro, North Carolina.

The little bank (the “Company”), today announced the purchase of approximately 3.0 acres of land on the corner of Spence Avenue and Ash Street, from the City of Goldsboro. The site, which was recently cleared of a building occupied by the Arts Council of Wayne County, will become the site of a new 4,800 square foot branch office. The new facility was designed by Dunn & Dalton Architects of Kinston and will be built by Farrior & Sons Construction Company of Farmville. The Bank expects to occupy the facility sometime during the 1st Quarter of 2015. The new office will offer a full array of loan and deposit services for consumers and businesses. Services will include drive-up ATM and deposit services as well as a full line of electronic and on-line banking products.
