ARLINGTON, Texas & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Norwell, Mass-based Bluestone Energy Services, LLC, a leader in energy conservation engineering and project development services for a variety of sectors including industrial and retail, announced today that it is opening a new office location in Arlington, Texas, and adding two seasoned energy services executives in New York: Sharon Rowe and John Giattino.
Bluestone’s new Texas office will meet the growing demands of customers seeking engineered energy-conservation retrofits as well as accommodate the growth of energy efficiency programs and incentives in the Western market. The Texas office will be managed by Tim Hirschenhofer, Bluestone’s Director of Data Center Energy Engineering. The Dallas-Fort Worth Office is located at 3901 Arlington Highlands Boulevard, Suite 200, in Arlington, TX 76018.
Appointed Business Development Manager for the New York Region, Sharon Rowe brings more than six years of experience in energy efficiency programs and utilities to her role at Bluestone. Throughout her career, Ms. Rowe has specialized in refrigeration and LED retrofit measures, which has led to increased energy conservation in a number of sectors. Prior to joining Bluestone, Ms. Rowe held the position of Energy Efficiency Specialist, where she focused on efficiency programs in Western and Central NY for National Grid, NYSEG/RG&E and NYSERDA. She will be based in Bluestone’s Williamsville, NY office.
An energy efficiency executive with nearly thirty years in the market, John Giattino has worked for lighting, controls and cogeneration equipment manufacturers as well as in “design and build” project development. He is joining Bluestone as Manager of Mechanical Energy Engineering for the Tri-State Region. Prior to joining Bluestone, Mr. Giattino managed and administered over ninety million dollars in utility sponsored energy efficiency programs specifically targeted at hospitals, warehouses and affordable housing. Additionally, Mr. Giattino has performed energy evaluations and developed projects for companies such as General Motors, Marcel Paper and Scott Tissue. He will be based in Bluestone’s Manhattan office.
