The building --located at Calle Victor Garrido Puello #23, Pianitini --and known as the old “Orange” building next to Banco de Reservas— is now open and fully operational.
The new 4000 square feet facility has a capacity for over 850 employees who provide service in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese to customers from some of the top telecommunications companies in the world. The three-story building features cutting edge technology with advanced network capabilities, conference rooms, a modern employee lounge, cyber-café, full-service cafeteria, ample parking lots and many other amenities.
Convergys operates a total of three service centers in Santo Domingo as part of its recent acquisition of Stream Global Services. This particular center originally opened in 2007.
