BURBANK, Calif.--()--Welcome to Camp Bushwhack – a place where campfire stories blaze to life. Debuting on Disney XD on Monday, June 16 at 6:00 PM ET/PT, Bunks is an original zom-edy (zombie comedy) that follows the troublemaking brothers, Dylan and Dane O’Reilly, as they escape the punishment of a military bootcamp to the idyllic S’more-smacked shores of Camp Bushwhack and accidentally trigger a curse that brings a campfire zombie story to life.

This coming of age adventure set in the great outdoors will follow the brothers as they pose as camp counselors, fumbling their way through summer camp favorites such as canoe trips and dodgeball disasters, all while looking after a cabin full of rowdy 11-year-olds. The real trouble begins when the mischievous pair accidentally unleashes a curse that brings ghoulish campfire stories to life and sets a massive zombie outbreak into motion. Dylan and Dane will learn to become true leaders as they team up with their campers and develop a battle plan against the undead in an effort to save Camp Bushwhack.

Bunks is destined to become the most awesome summer camp movie ever,” said Bob Higgins, Executive Producer and Executive Vice President, FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment. “It’s the perfect combination of ghoulish and spooky, all in a fun and zany family-friendly package.”

“Fresh TV has crafted a really funny horror movie specifically for the Disney XD audience,” added Executive Producer Tom McGillis. “The scares are real and the laughs are epic!”
