Signature Bank Announces Public Stock Offering

NEW YORK--()--Signature Bank (Nasdaq: SBNY), a New York-based full service commercial bank, announced today an underwritten public offering of 2.1 million shares of its common stock. The Bank will also grant to the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 315,000 additional shares of common stock.

J.P. Morgan is acting as the sole bookrunner in the offering.

The offering is subject to market conditions and other factors.
