BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, LCG Technologies Corporation (LCG), a leading IT solutions provider in Baltimore and Microsoft partner, announced that the company developed the app that is being delivered to the children from across the United States at the Scripps National Spelling Bee.

The application was designed to capture the essence of the Scripps National Spelling bee and can also be used by teachers in their classes as an education tool with real-world use. With over 500 downloads during the pre-launch, Spelling Bees was developed in partnership with Microsoft. It is a free app and only available in the Windows store.
On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, LCG will be at the Scripps National Spelling Bee at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. The company will perform Spelling Bee demonstrations in the Microsoft Technology Showcase.
