Trover Solution’s new suite of services will improve health payers’ ability to ensure that accurate payments are made to the correct providers.
Trover’s Payment Integrity Solutions cover a wide array of inpatient, outpatient, professional, pharmacy and ancillary queries on adjudicated claims data. Their Payment Integrity suite of solutions also includes post payment coordination of benefits, contract compliance, traditional overpayments (paid after term, duplicate payments, retroactive payments), as well as auditing (HBA and DRG) services.

To lead their efforts, Trover Solutions has tapped David Hochheiser to join the company as Senior Vice President, Payment Integrity Solutions.
Mr. Hochheiser will have the responsibility to work with Trover’s clients and prospects to identify areas where Trover can deliver its Payment Integrity services. In addition, he will be in charge of the expansion of Trover’s next generation analytics and Payment Integrity platforms.
With more than 15 years of industry experience, Mr. Hochheiser’s healthcare knowledge focuses on Payment Integrity, Revenue Cycle Management, analytics, grouping methodologies (DRGs, APC and episode based groupers) and prospective payment methodologies. Also, David brings extensive experience in IT system implementation and integration, government payment regulations and data knowledge. “What drew me to Trover Solutions was their extraordinary focus on creating partnerships with clients to achieve the best results possible and their use of industry-leading technologies,” stated Mr. Hochheiser.

Mr. Hochheiser will join Trover Solutions from Optum, where he was the General Manager and Product Development lead for both the revenue cycle management and payment integrity business. He holds BS degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics as well as an MS degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Vermont, and completed doctoral work in applied mathematics with a concentration in computer science at the University of Arizona.
