STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group acquires Springtime, creating Sweden’s largest communications group. The group consists of three communication agencies: Hallvarsson & Halvarsson, KW Digital, and Springtime, consolidating some of the country’s foremost communications consultants.
”By strengthening the group we can better meet the complex challenges our current and prospective clients face,” says Martin Petersson, CEO of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson Group. The transaction follows the repurchase of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson from its previous American owners by executives and founders of the company.
