(S&BI) recently opened a new Laredo branch office to provide expanded engineering services in the Laredo/Webb County area, and surrounding Eagle Ford Shale counties. Additionally, S&BI is pleased to welcome Manuel “Meme” Escamilla, PE, RPLS and Jorge Martinez, PE, SIT to S&BI.

Mr. Escamilla brings 12 years of engineering experience and 17 years of surveying experience mainly in residential, commercial, ranch, and oil & gas developments.
Mr. Martinez brings 10 years of engineering experience to S&BI with the majority of his work having been completed for both public and private sector clients.
