KeyedIn Solutions has grown to more than 50,000 users globally in just over 24 months. To keep pace with this growth while laying the foundation for further success, the company has restructured into three product line business divisions, each led by a new general manager. The divisional structure will provide focused leadership and product direction to the company’s core business lines: KeyedIn™ Projects, KeyedIn™ Manufacturing and KeyedIn™ Flex Platform.
Kevin Hurley has been promoted to the General Manager of KeyedIn Projects division based on his significant contributions after joining the company in 2013 as Vice President of Services and Support. Mr. Hurley came to KeyedIn from Pfizer and is a certified Project Management Professional and an Agile Certified Practitioner through the Project Management Institute.
Ralf Suerken, General Manager of KeyedIn Manufacturing division, brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) to his new role. Mr. Suerken came to KeyedIn from TITAN GS where he managed the company’s European operations as part of the executive team.
Rich Dumelle, General Manager of KeyedIn Flex Platform division, brings significant experience in on-premise software as well as SaaS and PaaS delivery models in the areas of CRM, ERP, CMS and e-commerce. Mr. Dumelle joins KeyedIn after 17 years of rising through the ranks at Epicor Software.
To provide strategic financial oversight and to support further growth of KeyedIn in global markets, the company added John Brims as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Brims joins the company with 25 years of experience in senior financial roles within the software industry, including Senior Vice President of International Finance at Epicor and Finance Director at Information Builders and Borland.
