As part of this expansion, Signal Hill India has hired Mr. Nitin Bhatia to lead the Mumbai office. Together with its US affiliates, Signal Hill now employs more than 70 professionals in eight locations across the US and India.
Mr. Bhatia, who most recently was an Associate Director at Edelweiss Financial Services, responsible for TMT investment banking, brings 13 years of client advisory experience to Signal Hill India. Mr. Bhatia has closed strategic M&A transactions and private capital raises across several TMT sub-sectors including: Technology, Services (IT/BPO), Digital Media and Education. He has advised on closed transactions with an aggregate enterprise value of more than $600 million.
