STOCKHOLM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
Addnode Group's (STO:ANODB) subsidiary Tekis acquires Alarmos, a management system for the fire and rescue departments. The acquisition will strengthen the market position even further since Tekis already has its own system for fire and rescue departments processes.

Tekis existing solution for the fire and rescue market is based on the proprietary product Core, which today is the leader in this segment. "This acquisition increases customer value in our current offerings and will strengthen our ability to meet growing customer needs. Our product Core is a strong offering to the fire and rescue departments and with Alarmos we will create an even more complete offering. This shows our intention to be our customers' partner in the municipal market", says Carin Andersson, CEO at Tekis. The product Alarmos will be integrated into Addnode Group's subsidiary Tekis.
