The award resulted from a recent telephone survey of one hundred DriveSavers Data Recovery customers, who revealed an overall satisfaction rating of 94 percent and an overall loyalty rating of 95 percent.
Conducted by American Ratings Corporation, the survey asked customers to answer a series of questions relating to their level of satisfaction, whether they would use the company again and what they liked best about the experience. Many customers provided testimonials:

To receive the award, companies must earn a customer satisfaction rating of 90 or higher on a 100-point scale, according to the American Ratings Corporation website, adding, “most companies can’t make the grade.”
