Brookshire Grocery Co. and Empower Software Celebrate Successful Workforce Management System Implementation

Respected Texas-based grocer experiencing ROI several times greater than projections for EmpowerWFM

Brookshire’s is now using the powerful scheduling engine in EmpowerWFM to create wall to wall store schedules in a fraction of the time of manual scheduling.

Another critical aspect of the solution that appealed to Brookshire’s team was ESS, or Employee Self Service. With ESS, employees can access their own time and shift schedule data from any web-enabled PC, or from an iPhone or Android mobile device. Giving employees access to their own data not only reduces the burden on management to be the conduit for this information, but employees love the visibility and control it gives them.
