The rights issue recently carried out by Rederi AB TransAtlantic (OSE:VSS01) (STO:RABTB) has resulted in the number of shares and votes in the company having increased during December 2013 by 36,967,566 shares (2,423,947 A-shares and 34,543,619 B-shares) and 58,783,089 votes, respectively. As of 30 December 2013, there are in total 147,870,266 shares (9,695,789 A-shares and 138,174,477 B-shares) and 235,132,367 votes in the company.
