A total of 14 retail companies received awards this year for embracing technologies and strategies that promote brand engagement and overall customer satisfaction.
Working with WebLinc, Free People launched an online style community and iOS app in 2013 with the goal of deepening brand engagement and interaction with its customer base by empowering them to define and share their style. During the first week, the Free People app was downloaded 24,000 times, with 100,000 user sessions.
