GENTERA (formerly Grupo Compartamos), Announces Proposal of Dividend Payment

MEXICO CITY--()--GENTERA (“the Company”) (BMV:COMPARC*) informs that the Board of Directors will propose at the Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on December 16th 2013, a dividend payment of Ps. 0.56 (Fifty-six cents) per share.

If the proposal is approved at the Shareholders’ Meeting, the payment date will be for December 26th, 2013; therefore there will be no dividend payment in May 2014.

Company Description

Gentera is a registered brand of Compartamos S.A.B de C.V. (Compartamos). Compartamos is a holding company whose primary objective is to promote, organize and manage companies, domestic and international, that are subject to its investment policies. Compartamos was established in 2010 and headquartered in Mexico, and its shares began trading on the Mexican Stock Exchange on December 24, 2010, under the ticker symbol “COMPARC*”.
