After many years of working as senior client partners at a top global search firm, Monica Graue and William Gaber left to establish a new executive search boutique based in Mexico, D.F., Atabay Consulting. Their practice utilizes best practices in search with its technology-integrated suite of statistically-validated consulting tools.

Founded in 2008 by Managing Director Joanne Inches, Big Fish Executive, based in Hobart, Tasmania, has partnered with organizations to appoint key strategic roles including, but not limited to, Chief Executive Officers, Chief Financial Officers, Board Directors and Board Chairs, Operations Directors, Financial Controllers, Asset Managers, Commercial Managers, and General Managers in Sales and Marketing.

De Sailly Consulting brings more than 30 years of experience in search for universities, government and other sectors. Research managers for the firm, based in the UK, USA and Australia, have handled many senior roles, including Vice Chancellors and Deans. Company director and founder Rosalind De Sailly has been in higher education for 20 years, working in executive search, strategic planning, marketing, sustainability, international education, learning technologies, teaching and research.

Andras Dobroy was one of the first AESC members in Brazil in the 1980s, and his firm returns to membership after a brief hiatus. Founded in 1983, Dobroy & Partners focuses on CEO, CFO, CMO, and other senior-level recruiting assignments that have a major impact on client companies and have a strong industry expertise in consumer products, IT, telecom, the automotive, chemical, oil & gas and pharmaceutical industries and professional services.

ECS Partners International is a Florida-based organization with over 20 years of experience providing human capital solutions to their clients. ECS specializes in researching the marketplace to identify, evaluate and recruit executives into their client's organizations from a wide variety of industries, such as financial services, hospitality, pharmaceutical, maritime, consumer and manufacturing. The firm currently conducts searches in the US, Latin America and the Middle East. It recently opened an office in Panama.

Head Hunters Peru was established in 1997 in Lima, Peru. As part of Agilium Worldwide Executive Search Group, their current clients include national and international companies. They currently specialize in mining, oil/energy, construction, retail pharmaceutical, technology, telecommunications, airlines/aviation and industrial manufacturing.

Stephen Lennard, formerly of Crown & Marks, held a seat on the AESC Asia Pacific Council and Board of Directors for many years. He has now established his own firm, Lennard Partners.

Per Ardua Associates specializes in the financial services sector. Simon Hearn, CEO, left Russell Reynolds in May 2008 to build a specialist, high-end financial services recruitment and advisory firm, with a staff of 11 people and a well-known brand in the insurance, asset management, consumer financial services, board and financial officer recruiting in London.

Steiner Search Group is an executive management search firm operating across highly competitive market segments. They were founded in 2011 and concentrate on the Manitoba/Saskatchewan marketplace in Canada. The market segments they service include manufacturing, distribution, agriculture, healthcare, electrical and construction at the senior level (Vice Presidents, Directors, General Managers).

Located in Lima. Peru, TASA Worldwide is a provider of executive human capital solutions, with services ranging from executive search for Boards of Directors, CEOs, functional management positions, to strategic management assessment.
