Virtual Adds Four to Client Services Staff

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--()--Virtual, Inc. (http://www.virtualmgmt.com), a technology-focused association management company, has hired four additional client services employees, to handle the expanding activities of existing clients and to support new client organizations.

Patrick Egolum has joined Virtual as a Business Analyst, and his efforts will focus on the PCI Security Standards Council. Most recently, he worked at Senior Systems in Marlborough, Massachusetts, and previously he provided IT Help Desk support at both Staples and Northeast Utilities. He holds a BS from Eastern Connecticut State University and an MBA from Clark University, with a concentration in Management Information Systems.

Seth Orenstein has joined Virtual as a Program Coordinator, with the responsibility of delivering front-line member, program and operations support services to Virtual clients including Advocates for Emergency Medical Services (AEMS), AMERIPEN and the Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC). Prior to Virtual, he worked at Clean Harbors Environmental Services, the Charles River Country Club, and the Stow Acres Country Club.

Krista Redmond has joined Virtual as a Senior Program Director. She manages a group of employees who support the Cyber Security Research Alliance, New England Biotech Association and SEMPO, supplying leadership to internal teams and counseling clients so as to foster their growth and success. Before Virtual, Krista spent six years with IMN (iMakeNews), most recently as Executive Director, Client Services. Previously, she worked at Harte-Hanks Data Technologies in Billerica, Harvard Business School Publishing, and a Dun & Bradstreet affiliate, Market Data Retrieval in San Francisco. She also has experience with membership organizations such as Outward Bound.

Rebecca Watriss has joined Virtual Inc. as a Program Manager, and she oversees day-to-day operations, support services and program management for the Digital Analytics Association and the Boston Estate Planners Council. She has a solid mix of experience in client services, nonprofit membership and project management. Most recently, she worked for CSC as a senior project manager, focusing on Raytheon technology projects. She holds an MBA from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College, with a specialization in Competitive Service Delivery (Marketing/IT/Operations).
