CAPT David E. Halladay, USN (ret) Joins The SPECTRUM Group

ALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The SPECTRUM Group (TSG) is pleased to announce that retired Navy Captain David E. Halladay has joined our firm. Captain Halladay’s impressive background in both the public and private sector makes him a valuable addition to TSG.

Upon his retirement from the US Navy, Captain Halladay began his civilian career with North American Rescue, LLC (NAR), located in Greer, South Carolina, as the Senior Director for Foreign Military Sales. At NAR he initiated the FMS/DCS sales strategy increasing sales by $7.4M in less than two years. Captain Halladay spent most of his career as a Surface Warfare Officer serving on seven diverse ships, the last three participating in Desert Storm and post-war operations. He spent the latter portion of his career as a Foreign Area Officer specializing in international and Foreign Military Sales. Captain Halladay had the opportunity to work abroad in Italy and later, Chile, where he was instrumental in the Chilean Navy’s successful modernization program. He also served as Director, Security Assistance Operations for Northern, Central and Southern Commands, Navy International Programs Office in Washington, DC. Currently, Captain Halladay assists his clients at TSG using his extensive network of national and international contacts and wealth of experience in Foreign Military Sales, Direct Commercial Sales and other international sales.
