AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Starmount today announced that it has named Jeff Hernandez General Manager of Europe, with responsibility for managing all areas of Starmount's expansion into the UK and EMEA. Hernandez is in charge of Starmount's relationship with European partners and business development for EMEA. Before joining Starmount, Hernandez worked for 360Commerce and then Oracle, leading customer implementations for Meijer, Burlington Coat Factory, Sears, Gap and Home Depot. He subsequently transferred to the United Kingdom to work on solutions for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working with a number of key retail and mobile customers. He is based in London, which will be the initial focus of Starmount's European expansion.
