RICHARDSON, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mavenir Systems, Inc., announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. Mavenir plans to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “MVNR.”
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, BofA Merrill Lynch and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering and Needham & Company, LLC will act as co-manager.
