PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT) released the full schedule of events for the IMPACT 2013 Venture Summit, to be held on October 22 and 23 at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia and the Crystal Tea Room.
The IMPACT 2013 Venture Summit, the premiere entrepreneurial conference in the Mid-Atlantic region, celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
Keynote speakers at the 2013 conference include co-founder of StubHub and Spreecast, Jeff Fluhr; Chairman and CEO of Essence Group Holdings and Lumeris Corporation, Michael Long; and professional golfer and CBS Commentator, Gary McCord.

Michael, as the former CEO of Healtheon/WebMD and current chairman and CEO of Essence/Lumeris, a company focused on slowing the growth of healthcare expenses while improving clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction, is a highly respected leader and entrepreneur in the healthcare information technology space.

In addition to the keynote speakers, the IMPACT 2013 Venture Summit will also feature eight panel presentations, including a panel of the top VCs from outside the region discussing their Philadelphia transactions; a business development panel featuring Google’s Strategic Partner Development Manager Patrick Sullivan; and early stage, healthcare and technology panels.
