NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BLiNQ Media, a leading innovator of Social Engagement AdvertisingSM solutions for agencies and brands, today announced the promotion of Luis Caballero to chief executive officer. Caballero will report to Vikram Sharma, president and CEO of Gannett Digital Marketing Services. Caballero succeeds Dave Williams, who has left the company to pursue other opportunities.
Caballero was formerly the chief operating officer of BLiNQ Media, and prior to that was the company’s chief technology officer. He joined BLiNQ in 2010, bringing deep experience in social media, marketing, and interactive development, having previously served as lead online marketing manager at AT&T and director of technology for Vitrue, a social marketing platform. At BLiNQ, Caballero helped build the company’s operations and technology capabilities, and has led the development and evolution of the company’s flagship technology, the BAM (BLiNQ Ad Management) platform. He has also been instrumental in shaping and nurturing the firm’s long-term relationship with Facebook® as a PMD (Preferred Marketing Developer), as well as with other social media partners.

- Kelley Gott joins as EVP, Sales. Gott is a sales leader with more than 20 years of advertising, media and technology experience. Most recently, Gott was VP of Sales at SocialCode, a social marketing solutions provider for brands and agencies, where she built the sales organization that expanded and developed new business.
- Jon Lee joins as EVP, Strategic Developer Partnerships. Lee brings an impressive track record of successful implementations and client application development. Prior to joining BLiNQ, Lee was VP, Global Client Delivery at Vitrue, where he led the company’s expansion into new geographic markets.
