BRADENTON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--West Texas Intermediate crude climbed as U.S. supplies increased, forecasting August as a lucrative month for First Titan Corp. (OTCBB: FTTN) and its partners.
The Energy Information Administration reported that U.S. inventories rose 431,000 barrels last week. With the U.S. economy growing more than projected during the second quarter, and inventories at Cushing, Oklahoma, a major oil hub and the delivery point for WTI futures, dropping to its lowest levels in over a year, FTTN is poised for major gains as it continues to acquire assets in Texas and throughout North America.
Boasting an impressive portfolio of oil and gas properties, FTTN is a rising energy company dedicated to the continuing development of energy assets throughout North America alongside companies such as Continental Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CLR), Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NYSE: CHK), SandRidge Energy Inc. (NYSE: SD) and Ultra Petroleum Corp. (NYSE: UPL).
First Titan Corp. is focused on Texas and its vast resources of oil and gas in its aggressive acquisitions strategy, as Texas’ oil production is in the midst of a major boom, outpacing growth in even North Dakota with output jumping by a third in just 12 months. In addition to FTTN’s assets in Waller and Terrell Counties, the company is also in negotiations to acquire a working interest in more than 100,000 barrels of proven reserves in Hardin and Webb Counties.
