Customers, especially those filing documents in bulk, can now say goodbye to mailing in their forms and payments thanks to the new service.

In addition to the benefit to the public, the electronic filing system will add efficiencies such as time and cost savings to the Secretary’s office; employees will be able to focus on other important tasks so that they may serve Alabama’s citizens more effectively. “We developed the Foreign LLC filing system with businesses in mind,” said Rebecca Morris, Director of Business Services. “We wanted to make it easy and convenient for business owners to file in Alabama, while at the same time reducing the volume of paperwork handled in our office.”
