Fibra Inn Announces Appointment of Market Maker

MONTERREY, Mexico--()--Deutsche Bank Mexico, S.A., Banking Institution, Trust Division F/1616 or Fibra Inn (BMV: FINN13) (“Fibra Inn” or “the Company”), a Mexican real estate investment trust specializing in the hotel industry to serve the business traveler, today announced that it has appointed UBS Casa de Bolsa, S.A. de C.V., Grupo Financiero UBS as market maker for the Company’s outstanding Real Estate Trust Certificates (Certificados Bursátiles Fiduciarios Inmobiliarios or “CBFIs”).

Fibra Inn reaffirms its commitment to promoting the liquidity of its securities, by supporting the operation of its certificates.

The contract has a duration of one year and will become effective on July 22, 2013.

Fibra Inn is a Mexican trust formed primarily to acquire, own, develop and rent a broad range of hotel properties in Mexico.
