NAPA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sarah Pearson has been appointed Director of Marketing for The Hess Collection winery, reporting to Chief Marketing Officer Derek Bromley.
Pearson will primarily focus on The Hess Collection Winery and Hess Family Wine Estates wineries Artezin, MacPhail and Sequana, and will also contribute to domestic marketing efforts for Hess Family wineries Glen Carlou, Peter Lehmann, Colomé and Amalaya.
Most recently she served as a Brand Manager of Innovation at Constellation Brands where she launched a successful celebrity wine that quickly grew to 200,000 annual cases. Earlier, she held key marketing positions with Freixenet USA and Treasury Wine Estates leading cross-functional teams in consumer and brand marketing efforts, including the development of new products, the revitalization of existing brands with new packaging and focused channel marketing efforts.
A graduate of Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, New York, Ms. Pearson is multi-lingual in Spanish, French and Hebrew, and is a Certified Spanish Wine Educator, granted by the Spanish Wine Academy in San Francisco. She holds the WSET Level 2 from the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, and the Basic Certificate from the Court of Master Sommeliers. She studied French at La Sorbonne in Paris.
