MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, TripleTree announced the winners of its 5th Annual iAwards for Connected Health. The three winners were chosen from among 12 finalists in the categories of Clinical Effectiveness, Consumer Engagement and Operational Effectiveness.
The 2013 TripleTree iAwards winners are:

In addition to the three winners, TripleTree has designated Asthmapolis as the recipient of its 2013 Horizon Award, recognizing their unique advancements in chronic disease management via connected health. The 12 finalists have been featured this week at the 8th annual Wireless-Life Sciences Alliance Convergence Summit in San Diego.
