NEWPORT BEACH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--City Ventures, Inc., a California homebuilder and developer, announced today that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement to the Securities and Exchange Commission for a possible initial public offering of its common stock. The proposed offering is expected to commence after the Securities and Exchange Commission completes its review process, subject to market conditions and other conditions.
City Ventures, Inc. intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to acquire land and for land development, home construction and other related purposes.
