ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Arlington, VA-based Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM) announced today that it has hired Keith Lefkof as its new Director of Sales and Business Development. Mr. Lefkof brings over a dozen years of commercial real estate experience, and deep contacts in the New York market.

Lefkof, a skilled leader, has over thirteen years of commercial real estate leasing and capital markets experience which have included working with national and international clients. He has successfully negotiated numerous leasing and investment sales deals totaling more than 700,000 square feet and over $85 million in transaction value.
Lefkof spent the early part of his career in the hotel industry in various management positions with Interstate Hotels and Promus Hotel Corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from Florida International University. Lefkof is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York since 2006.
