Thomas, who will serve as Senior VP of Engineering with DogVacay, is tasked with harvesting the company’s existing talents and resources to develop and evolve the company’s strategic engineering direction.

Thomas comes to DogVacay following a seven year career at eHarmony, where he started as Director of Engineering and by 2011 was promoted to VP, where he lead the company’s application development. He is responsible for the launch of eHarmony’s international operation in Canada, UK, Australia and Brazil as well as the launch of the site’s iPhone, iPad and Android applications.
Prior to eHarmony, Thomas spent six years at the personal finance site LowerMyBills, where he is credited with rebuilding the entire site as well as multiple verticals that allowed the site to scale easily and efficiently.
