TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ProVest, a leading legal services firm with more than two decades of experience, specializing in managing the delivery of legal documents and related foreclosure services, announced today it has promoted Caryn Bosworth to CFO. Bosworth was vice president of finance and accounting with the company for more than three years.
As CFO, Bosworth is responsible for managing all of the company’s financial divisions while overseeing the preparation and completion of consolidated financial statements, bank reporting and corporate governance and internal financial controls.

Prior to joining ProVest, Bosworth was vice president and controller for Catalina Marketing Corp., a behavior-based targeted marketing services company in St. Petersburg, Fla. Before her position at Catalina, Bosworth was director of global financial reporting for Tropicana Products, Inc., in Bradenton, Fla., and was a supervising senior in the audit department of KPMG in Tampa, Fla.
