OSLO, Norway--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Ganger Rolf ASA (OSE:GRO) has today approved the annual accounts for 2012 with some corrections from the preliminary results released on 19 February 2013. The final results are:
EBIT NOK -52 million
Net result from associates NOK 480 million
Earnings before tax NOK 407 million
Net result NOK 373 million
Please be also advised that the annual general meeting of Ganger Rolf ASA will be held on Thursday 30 May 2013 at Fred. Olsens gate 2, Oslo as previously announced in the Company’s financial calendar.
The summons to this meeting will be sent to the shareholders and also published through OSE and on the Company’s website no later than three weeks before the meeting.
