In addition to creative and visually appealing work, this year’s awards focused on rewarding innovative HTML 5 implementations, responsive web design, exceptional utilization of Magento’s inherent features and integration with third party technologies from the diverse 6,000-extension strong Magento Connect marketplace. Most importantly, the winning submission delivered above and beyond initial merchant requirements by producing a site that exceeded business goals including revenue, conversion rate, site traffic, average order volume, and customer loyalty.
