TUCSON, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Recently formed Sinfonia HealthCare Corporation, backed by healthcare executive Fletcher McCusker along with Alliance Bank and Petra Capital, has announced Sinfonia will purchase a 49% interest in Tucson based Assurance Home Care and Assurance Caregivers.
Sinfonia can now provide management services linking Assurance’s home health and companion care services to Sinfonia’s developing product line which will include Hospice, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy along with home provided medical equipment.
Assurance, formed in 2009 by Danielle Sipe, RN, BSN, is a leading provider of home based, skilled nursing and other home health related services. Assurance Home Care has provided the highest level of quality professional, ethical and safe care to thousands of Tucson area residents.
The agreement provides Sinfonia with skilled nursing and companion care, both contemplated as part of Sinfonia’s vision of providing a complete array of home health care services. With this agreement the company expects to hire more employees.
Assurance is certified by Medicare and has contracts with the Veterans Administration along with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, UnitedHealthcare, Coventry, PHCN, CareCentrix and Bridgeway.
