Cancer Genetics, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering of 600,000 Shares of Common Stock

RUTHERFORD, N.J.--()--Cancer Genetics, Inc., a diagnostics company focused on developing genomic-based, oncology tests and services, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 600,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $10.00 per share. The gross proceeds to Cancer Genetics from the initial public offering are expected to be $6,000,000 (assuming no exercise of the over-allotment option), before underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Cancer Genetics. Cancer Genetics has granted the representative of the underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to 90,000 additional shares of common stock from Cancer Genetics to cover over-allotments, if any. Shares of Cancer Genetics’ common stock are expected to be quoted on the OTCQB Marketplace, operated by OTC Markets Group, under the symbol “CGIX” beginning on April 5, 2013. Investors will be able to find Real Time Level II quotes for “CGIX” on www.otcmarkets.com.

The offering is expected to close on April 10, 2013, subject to customary closing conditions.

Aegis Capital Corp. is acting as sole book-running manager for the offering.
