SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Buying a house in San Francisco, Marin, East Bay or the Peninsula? Local Einsteins Books (www.LocalEinsteins.com) is publishing a series of books that shares 10 “local experts” viewpoints on what to know before buying or selling a house in 16 specific Bay area neighborhoods.
Being an avid home-buyer and builder, Local Einsteins’ editor-in-chief Jonathan Aspatore was always amazed he could not find better resources on what to know before buying or selling a house in a specific area. Now, after founding, building, and selling one of the five largest business book publishing houses, he decided to take action and build a publishing house devoted to helping homeowners make more informed decisions when making one of the largest financial purchases of their life.
Each book focuses on one specific geographic region and includes insights from 10 carefully selected local experts, including real estate agents, government officials, financial professionals, and other local-specific thought leaders. The invited authors go through a rigorous selection process including homeowner nominations, 12 evaluating metrics, and a final peer review. The content in the books focuses on pricing, negotiating strategies, local weather, local schools, financing, and much more.
