Skanska (STO:SKAB) and a joint venture partner have been awarded an additional contract as construction manager of the state-of-the-art research and development facility in the USA, that was previously announced. Skanska’s 50 percent share is USD 70 M, about SEK 480 M, included in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Skanska anticipates additional amendments to the contract as subsequent work and associated prices are agreed to. Skanskas part of those additions will be in the order bookings for Skanska USA Building in the quarter in which they are signed.
